3rd Episode - The Kat's Corner (S1 Ep3-1)

First official day of Vacation
Saturday, June 15
First official day of holidays and nothing better than spending the morning at the beach to celebrate it. Especially, after a day full of emotions, as the one like yesterday.
Joan and I had some pending details about our idea of making some pieces for us to sell. With such positive reactions to the presentation at the ball, some pieces would not be enough. People at school had really enjoyed the fashion show, so much, that from the beginning of this morning that Joan wouldn't stop receiving emails and messages with requests for bikinis, bags and accessories. Not a day has passed and her cell phone wouldn't stop ringing.
Joan: Wow! We're going to have a summer well filled, can we handle all these orders?
Rose: Now do you wonder that!
Joan: I know we can. – Said in a joking way. – Diane is asking for a contact for orders. She says that she has already received four requests and she’s thinking to put on the website of the Students' Association the brand contact…
Rose: We don't even have a name or email…
Joan: I was thinking the same thing, both Sarah as Johana associated the name of the collection like it was the brand’s name and I think they are not the only ones. We seriously have to think of a name. I like "Beachwear Fashion"…
Rose: If we work only in Summer Collections. I liked the name because it makes you wander by the days on the beach.
Joan: Exactly! It would be fun play with names that identify our work in a concrete way, without being so specific to a season. Hum...
Rose: Joan & Rose Fashion!
Joan: Naa, it’s too serious.
Rose: Jorse Fashion.
Joan: It doesn't sound good. It's weird. No!
Rose: I like the sound of "Rose Fashion", I have to admit, but I feel like something's missing when I pronounce it. What do you think?
Joan: Yes! I also like the way it sounds. Until Monday we think about names and then we choose one, ok?
Rose: Good idea. Later in the afternoon can you send me an email with the orders?
Joan: Yes! Of course.
Rose: I have to get an agenda just for this. To date the orders and to assign priorities.
Joan: I'd take you one, my mom always have some to spare, but knowing you, you're going to do one for yourself, all custom, right!?
Rose: Ahahaha, it’s true! And I’m thinking to do one more for an archive to save samples of the material that we use and so to guide us in relation to the price and labels for clothes. And if some order comes for different colours we know what material is there that we can use to customize the final product. When you buy the material, you could ask for small patches or samples that the store may dispense for us, what do you say?
Joan: It is a great idea! Create our own textile files, it’s starting to sound so entrepreneurs of us…
We would have to work well on the idea of what we wanted and, in the meantime, produce the pieces already ordered, without forgetting our participation in the summer tournament. There was to be a summer vacation filled with work. Although I feared not to be up to the task, I couldn't hide my joy. Gradually I felt my insecurities vanishing away. The more Joan spoke of the messages she received, more will I felt to start and get to work. With her help receiving, registering and responding to requests, I would have more time to work on the pieces. And how I longed!
