On the beach (S1 Ep.6-8)

(Full Moon) Monday, July 22
We started the day early. And as agreed Joan showed up for our morning training.
Charlie: It’s good, girls! For today is done. Rose, Wednesday let’s see if you put the head in training!
Rose: All right. Sorry, Charlie and thank you! - How could I be concentrated on the practice if I couldn't forget Seth? - See you later!
Joan: Thanks, Charlie! - Joan noticed my goofy air and while we were moving to the towels, asked… - He's right, you know! What's going on, or rather what happened yesterday?
Rose: Yesterday? - "Does she know! No, no! She does not know… Stay calm" - How so?
Joan: You are looking all goofy, what happened? Where were you yesterday?
Rose: I came a little over here, I had no inspiration to plan the fliers, so I decided to get some air. - "Is she trying me?! Seth didn't say anything! I can't believe he did it. He gave me so much confidence. "
Joan: I knew it, that look does not mistake. You met someone, didn't you? Or, finally, did you and Ryan understood each other.
Rose: Huh? No, nothing like that. - "Phew, She doesn't know! Definitely, she doesn't know!" – And you, what did you do yesterday?
Joan: Hum… Changing the subject, okay then. I was at my grandma's house like I said. Let's go for a swim and then we plan together the flyers?

Rose: Yes, let’s do it! I was thinking maybe we could, during the festival, do some notes to compare the services of other stands with us, what do you say?
Joan: It's a good idea, Yes! So can we get suggestions of how to improve and what we can do to tell us apart!
Rose: Exactly.
My subject change was nothing subtle, however, Joan realized that it was something that wouldn't let me at will. I couldn't tell her about Seth, nor do the 1001, or two, or three questions that I had needing for answers, I didn't want her to feel this search of my as a pressure. This space that she gave me made me remember the old Joan, with a single glance we understood each other and I didn't want to ruin it.
I knew that my attitude was not correct, but I didn't feel guilty for going after answers. And not using this argument as an excuse for what I did, I felt Joan knew I would do it, sooner or later. She is my, from all my best friends, the one knows me longer, she is always ready to motivate me to take a step forward, overcoming my fears. She knew this and therefore left the hits so I could help her, I'm sure…
After we make "peace" between us I got stronger convictions, one is that something strange is going on with her, another is that with all this happening, regardless of our small fights, Joan and I always met the return path to understanding each other.
