United by a dream (S1 Ep.16-8)

The meeting was going better than expected. The girls joined the team Rose Fashion and with them felt the project escalated by the lines I had wished.

We had a lot to plan but first needed to make some changes to the organization of our business. Indicate the new elements, their experience, the areas in which they would be responsible, among other things.

Having Dianne an aptitude for organization and to do planning, with her would do the internal organization and the decision-making process. Sofie was already trying to improve the image of the site, while Joan and Monic worked together in a full description of the fashion show with the concert of the FairyTailors.

All three had to make their SWOT analysis, to better understand their strengths and weaknesses. After the planning made and discussed, I went up to my bedroom in search of a copy of one SWOT analysis I have done before to me and Joan. And, so, I have an idea! "We should do the analysis again!" The first had only half a year, however, in this time a lot has happened.

Although my memories are not faithful to reality, my journal descriptions paved the way to the question of who would actually be Joan. And here I saw an opportunity to get a sense of how much she's changed. "After the analysis was done could compare both!"

I took five copies of the worksheets and of the business plan and then went back to the living room.

Rose: Sorry for the delay, girls. I've been taking a few copies more. The plan I had started with Joan is almost ready. My mother helped us with the budgets, we have the complete description and step-by-step of what we want to achieve and produce, we were lacking only this part. But before we introduce changes, I would suggest to each one of you to make your SWOT analysis and we redo it, - said pointing to Joan and me - to also introduce. When we have everything finalized were reviewing the plan individually, we took the notes that we find appropriate, for then complete it!

Dianne: I think it's a great idea, Rose.

Joan: I agree also!

Monic and Sofie: Let’s do it. 

The afternoon was long, which allowed us to do everything that we set out to do. From planning to the proofs of all pieces to looking for wigs to personify our Emojis...

The evening was coming and the girls had to go. Tomorrow we go away for the weekend, so we had to prepare the luggage. And what baggage would I take for two days… With the business plan completed now go to the next step, the photos to the catalogue. And by the descriptions of Dianne and Monic, the scenarios that make up the view of the vacation home of Dianne, going to the Lake House came in good time.

After finishing all the bags went to pick up the file folder sheets of SWOT analysis that Joan had made and before I lay in bed I emailed the girls to reinforce the importance of not forgetting anything. It's our first catalogue, will be the window for months of work, for the presentation of the fashion show. That means, it really is very important and I can't leave anything to chance.

Was still a bit excited about everything that was going on in relation to the show, adding the need to understand what Joan was, what she had done to me, was not able to fall asleep.

Took the two sheets and topic by topic was comparing their descriptions. The second sheet didn't have that many descriptions of its strengths and weaknesses. She was different, more confident I would say a little overconfident, in terms of arrogance and this is not the Joan I know. For many defects that Joan may have lack of humility is not one of them. This is not a description that matches her words, not like that so cold. "Strengths: I'm capable, I know what I want and I fight for it (...) Weaknesses: I don't have any!"
