The costumes (S1 Ep.9-10)

I think I'm losing my mind… Because of the effort I do to focus on something more than him, because of these ideas that take over me every evening, because for several moments I don’t feel myself. I wonder in the halls of the school with an emptiness in my heart, with a strange certain, perhaps hoping, that I’ll see Seth. I feel him as a part of me and yet so unattainable. The need to have someone to talk to is held by the ridiculous that I feel of this whole situation. I know this isn't real, but not seeing him leave in me an emptiness that it hurts and it hurts a lot...

The Halloween party is right on the doorstep, is next Thursday, so today is the day to work on our costumes. By "work" I mean planning them to buy the clothing! As I invested my allowance on material for the pieces I would be for a zombie makeup and some old clothes with a few cuts. And so I’ll turn myself into a zombie for the Halloween at zero cost!

What I didn't know was the surprise that mom had for me.

M. Marya: Today will you girls shopping for costumes?

Rose: Yes, but I already have an idea for mine! I will take this opportunity to be with them, have been so little time altogether. Have a nice day off, mom. Kisses.

M. Marya: Roose!

Rose: Yes, mom!

M. Marya: Come here, I have something to show you...

Rose: Seriously mom, I thank you, but I don't need money. I've taken care of my costume. I'm going as a zombie!

M. Marya: I believe you do! I know you well. But come on!

I followed her upstairs. Leaving her to guide me to her room, and there was this beautiful dress.

Rose: It is gorgeous, mom!

M. Marya: I found it at the old stuff store. Mrs Fernanda told me that belonged to a Countess. I couldn't help hearing you girls talk about the costumes and what movies would your costumes be based on. Maybe it fits in any character which you can represent.

Rose: Oh mom, thanks! Thank you a lot!

I couldn't be happier, I was really excited. I gave her a hug and follow to Joan’s home, eager to tell her the news. From there we went to school, where the nightmares take strange shapes, however, it would be where we were meeting with the girls.

Rose: Girls, I have news!

Monic: Tell us…

Rose: I got the costume for the party.

Dianne: I'm glad that you mention it. On Wednesday I made some reservations at the parties and costumes shop. I couldn't resist! I went there to get stuff for the decoration and the little time we have worried me.

Joan: It's okay Dianne, it was a good idea.

Sofie: And what costumes did you reserve?

Dianne: The Mummy Cleopatra, to Sofie, the little Witch to Joan, the little Devil for Rose, the Bride of Frankenstein to Monic and for me the Corpse Bride.

Joan: You have good aim, Dianne...

Rose: Thanks Diane, but I had planned to go as a zombie, until I was surprised today by my mother with a dress she found at the store of your mother, Monic.

Monic: I believe! My mom does have indeed clothes and beautiful objects there, but they are so old!

Dianne: No problem, we’ll go there after lunch and take care of everything. Now that you're here will you help with details?

Rose: Of course. Let's do it!
