The Beginning of the Return (S1 Ep.1-12)

With the blow of the candles, Joan felt an energy pierce through her body and something in herself changed. Until the end of the party, she heard the same whisper more than once. She didn't understand clearly what it pronounced but felt it calling for her. Something inside Joan was telling her to be prepared.

On the night of her fifteenth birthday, something awakened in Joan. In her sleep she had a vision of herself standing next to a podium, where a book, of an antique look, lay, completely surrounded by candles. Full of symbols that, apparently, she wouldn't understand.

She was uttering a few words, that she repeated and repeated once more as if she was casting a spell. Such is the intensity of her dream that she awakes, screaming – MIKHAEL!

What had just happened, to Joan was surreal, her dream seemed so real. Even though her body was there in her bedroom, her spirit seemed to have travelled to another dimension. She felt her hands on that book, heard her uttering those words, but above all, she felt the energy released on herself. How was this possible? What just happened?!

She couldn't get to sleep the rest of the night. She was restless, and had this voice, in her conscience, telling her to be careful. She started seeing things, spaces of other time. She twitched a few times in physical pain from what had happened in her mind. They weren't just dreams... Joan felt and lived every moment as if they were bringing back memories.

The night was not only disturbing to Joan. No! With her doing she called for someone who, despite being a stranger, at that moment, felt her energy, felt Joan’s spirit and with those feelings the hope to see his beloved Anastacia invaded him.
